Chakna Highlights Two Key Points for Thailands National Team Ahead of 17th Championship Clash with Vietnam in 2025 SEA Games Final

Chakna highlights two key points for Thailand's national team in the race for their 17th championship against Vietnam in the 2025 SEA Games football final.

On 17 December 2025 at 16:30 GMT+7, at STB Academy Stadium, the Thailand men's national football team for the SEA Games held their final training session before the 33rd SEA Games men's football final against Vietnam.

The training focused on refining details in both offense and defense, as well as set pieces, to prepare for the upcoming match. Anthony Hudson, head coach of Thailand's senior men's team, also observed the session.

Before training, Chakna Kamyok, midfielder from Muangthong United, said, “I am fully ready now and prepared to play tomorrow. Facing Vietnam is not a pressure because this is the final tournament for some of us, including myself. We must give our all and cherish this moment.”

“(Two decisive points for the championship) Vietnam is strong, but we might be better. However, we won’t underestimate them. There are just two things: 1. Who runs more, 2. Who makes fewer mistakes. That team will win. Our squad is complete, tactics and many aspects are ready for tomorrow’s game.”

“Tomorrow is the final. I want everyone to come cheer for us. We will do our best to bring home the championship.”

Thailand's national football team will face Vietnam in the 2025 SEA Games final at Rajamangala National Stadium on 18 December 2025 at 19:30 GMT+7. The match will be broadcast live on PPTV HD 36 and the True Visions NOW app.
