A truly impressive and romantic year-end run, the "Scenic Marathon Chanthaburi 2025 Laem Sadet Beach" concluded the series of scenic runs with a pleasant atmosphere at Laem Sadet Beach, Chanthaburi Province.

The "Scenic Marathon Chanthaburi 2025," a grand year-end marathon event, was held amidst the stunning scenery of Laem Sadet Beach at the Ao Khung Kraben Development Study Center under the Royal Initiative, Khlong Khut Subdistrict, Tha Mai District, Chanthaburi Province. This event served as the finale of the 2025 Scenic series, the most popular running series of the year, organized through cooperation between Chanthaburi Province, Khlong Khut Subdistrict Administrative Organization, the Ao Khung Kraben Development Study Center, and Race Up Work Co., Ltd., with Prudential Life Insurance as the official main sponsor.

Throughout 2025, the Scenic Marathon series took runners from across the country through six beautiful and impressive race locations: Pranburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan; Khung Wiman Beach, Chanthaburi; Laem Charoen Beach, Rayong; Noppharat Thara Beach, Krabi; the new Nakhon Phanom venue; and finally concluding at Laem Sadet Beach Marathon in Chanthaburi. This venue is considered the birthplace of the Scenic Marathon, first held in 2016, and has since become a much-anticipated tourism-focused running series.

This year's event aimed to promote running for fitness by offering an experience that blends fun, challenge, community cooperation, and natural beauty. Race Up Work Co., Ltd., as the rights holder and organizer, hopes runners and tourists will appreciate the scenic routes designed as well-managed, impressive competitive courses, while also promoting tourism and sustainable collaboration among all local sectors.

The event drew over 3,500 runners nationwide, held over two days. On 13 December 2025, activities included a 5-kilometer fun run and a 3-kilometer mangrove forest walk-run-learn. On 14 December 2025, races covered full marathon (42.195 km), half marathon (21.1 km), and mini marathon (10 km) distances. The highlight was the full marathon, won by Ethiopian runner Takele Girma with a time of 2 hours, 28 minutes, and 26 seconds for the men’s category, and Taso Nguse from Ethiopia winning the women’s category with a time of 2 hours, 56 minutes, and 42 seconds.

The event was officially sponsored by Promise Personal Loan, Prudential Life Insurance, Toyota Motor Thailand, Supersports under Central Retail—the leading sports store in Thailand, Sprinkle drinking water as the official water sponsor for all series races, Gatorade—the world’s number one electrolyte drink, Amino Vital—the leading energy gel from Japan, P-care sunscreen, ProFreeze herbal muscle spray, Bangkok Hospital Chanthaburi providing medical support, and Drydye, a manufacturer of eco-friendly innovative fabrics.

Following the conclusion of the "Scenic Marathon Chanthaburi 2024," Alongkorn Jiamanukulkit, Managing Director of Race Up Work Co., Ltd., the rights holder and event organizer, announced the 2026 Scenic Marathon series. It will return grandly with six race events over three years.
