The Year of the Small Snake 2025, soon to slip away in the next day or two, may not be a particularly memorable year for many people.
However, for the Thai jet ski community, this has been a "golden year" marked by a series of major successes hitting all at once.
Especially notable are the athletes’ outstanding performances in every tournament they entered throughout the year, both domestically and internationally.
Every goal set was fully achieved through the dedication and effort of all involved, which is truly commendable.
This includes the remarkable achievements at the 33rd Southeast Asian Games, hosted by Thailand.
At this event, jet skiing was included as one of 50 sports competing for 6 gold medals in the "extreme sports" category, held from 10-14 December 2025 at Jomtien Beach, Pattaya City, Chonburi Province.

“Big Piak” Police General Detnarong Sutthichanbancha, President of the Jet Ski Association of Thailand, expressed pride in the achievements of all Thai jet ski athletes across every tournament, who never disappointed Thai sports fans.
Even more admirable is how the national team athletes and those affiliated with the association have devoted themselves to social service as "Volunteer Jet Skiers."
They have tirelessly assisted communities affected by floods in Northern, Northeastern, Central regions, and most recently, the major floods in Hat Yai, Southern Thailand.
This dedication is considered greater than any trophy or medal they have ever received.
This truly underscores a year of success for Thailand’s jet ski community, a year that must be recorded and remembered.
