Instead of focusing on the beauty of the lush green artificial turf football field, netizens' attention was drawn to the running track surrounding the stadium. Normally oval and curved, here it is rectangular with right-angle bends along the edges, sparking viral reactions and many questions such as "Does this design really exist?" and "Why was it designed like this?"
Amid the curiosity, a Facebook user named "Madame Kiew" posted that the design might be due to limited land size. The construction was not handled by Padang Besar Municipality; the plans likely came from Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO), while Padang Besar Municipality is just the landowner.
She stated, "A brief clarification (after a little investigation):

Therefore, Mayor Supat Santipiyakul of Padang Besar Municipality has not yet formally accepted the facility, as he just took office and needed to inspect it and consult with the contractor. The plans likely belong to the PAO, while the municipality is only the landowner."
