On 23 January 2026 GMT+7, a medal summary for the 13th ASEAN Para Games 2025, the regional multi-sport event for athletes with disabilities hosted by Thailand in Nakhon Ratchasima province, was released after the third day of competition.

The Thai national para-athlete team delivered outstanding performances, winning an additional 40 gold medals as follows.

Athletics: 13 gold medals.

Boccia: 2 gold medals.

Archery: 1 gold medal.

Wheelchair Fencing: 2 gold medals.

Swimming: 11 gold medals.

Table Tennis: 11 gold medals.

This solidified Thailand's position at the top of the ASEAN Para Games 2025 medal table after day 3, with a total of 109 gold medals, making them the first nation in this edition to surpass 100 golds. Indonesia ranks second with 68 gold medals, followed by Malaysia in third with 33 gold medals.
