Scenic Marathon officially launched the national scenic marathon series SCENIC MARATHON SERIES 2026, celebrating its 10th year of organizing quality races that uphold the concept of “Beautiful scenic running routes” alongside World Athletics international race standards, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted global-standard road running series.
On Saturday, 14 February 2026 GMT+7, Mr. Alongkorn Jiamanukulkit, Managing Director of Race Up Work Co., Ltd. and race director, welcomed honored guests, sponsors, and runners at the launch event of SCENIC MARATHON SERIES 2026. He highlighted the series’ 10-year success inspiring runners nationwide with races distinguished by stunning natural views and international event standards.
The event featured key sponsors and partners supporting the series, including P.O. Care (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited, CRC Sport Co., Ltd., Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand) Co., Ltd., as well as innovation and sports partners like Drydye, an eco-friendly fabric technology, and Checkrace, a sports event platform, all demonstrating strong support for the year-round quality running series.
Mr. Alongkorn Jiamanukulkit stated, “On the occasion of Scenic Marathon’s 10th anniversary, the six races in the 2026 series feature iconic scenic routes from each region—beaches, mountains, or unique natural landscapes. Each race is designed as a road running event that meets safety and global management standards, while clearly reflecting the identity of its host area. We also create shared value for local communities, schools, and hospitals. Over the past decade, Scenic Marathon has contributed more than 2 million baht back to society.”
Scenic Marathon continues to advance race standards, with one highlight race already certified by the World Athletics Road Race Label. The goal is to elevate other series races to achieve global certification, truly becoming a “world-class scenic marathon series.”
The event also included inspirational talks from well-known runners and running creators, alongside environmental activities such as trash collection around the venue, reflecting Scenic Marathon’s commitment to sports, environmental care, and sustainability.
