Ronnie OSullivan Comments on Thepchaiya Un-Nooh After Winning the 2026 World Open Snooker Championship

Ronnie O'Sullivan opened up after losing to Thepchaiya Un-Nooh, missing out on the snooker "World Open 2026" title.

Following Thepchaiya Un-Nooh's 10-7 frame victory over seven-time world champion Ronnie O'Sullivan from England, he secured the "World Open 2026" snooker championship along with a prize of £175,000, approximately 7.6 million baht.

Recently, Ronnie, as the runner-up, praised Thepchaiya, saying, "I want to commend Thepchaiya for playing incredibly well. I watched him play Judd Trump in the semifinals and was amazed! Judd is world number one, but Thepchaiya made Judd look inferior."

"I hoped he wouldn't play that well today, but he did. He truly beat me. He's very talented with amazing skills."

This victory placed Thepchaiya among the top 12 in the rankings, earning him the right to compete in the major "Tour Championship 2026" in Manchester, taking place from 30 March to 5 April.
