Counting down from today... 2026 Jet Ski Championship of Thailand season is about to start.
Only a few days remain until the Thai Jet Ski Championship
officially named this year as the “Toyota - WGP One Waterjet Pro Tour Thailand 2026.”
The new season will open with the first of four races.
This year, the Jet Ski Association of Thailand and WGP#1, the organizers, have changed the usual coastal city starting venues
to challenge the hot winds in the northeastern region at Bueng Nong Khai, Nong Khai Province, just before the Thai New Year Songkran Festival next week.
The competition will be extended to four consecutive days from 2-5 April 2026.
This aims to promote tourism and stimulate the economy of Nong Khai.
The season opener will be held as a “Jet Ski Festival” at Bueng Nong Khai.
Activities include a walking street market featuring OTOP products and local specialties sold at affordable prices.
There will also be entertainment shows including music and concerts at night.
For the 2026 Pro Tour, WGP#1 organizers have increased the number of competition categories from last year’s 27 to 30.
The first two days, 2-3 April 2026, will feature youth and slalom categories.
The highlight will be on Saturday and Sunday, 4-5 April 2026, with speed races in the race court from WGP#3 to WGP#1 categories.

For Nong Khai locals, besides enjoying thrilling performances from top Thai jet ski racers,
they will have the chance to cheer on homegrown talents from the Khun Sa family,
who will compete for the championship on their home turf.
This includes “The Oil” Atthapon Khun Sa, a seasoned jet ski champion and owner of the 777 PERFORMANCE BY JUMBO TUNER team,
who has won world and Thai championships and represented the Thai national jet ski team extensively.
Atthapon will compete alongside his two beloved daughters, both outstanding women racers to watch.
They are “Nong Poipoi” Primros Khun Sa and “Nong Party” Saksakarn Khun Sa.
The father and daughters are ready to prove that Nong Khai’s jet ski bloodline
is second to none in this land!
