Assumption Sriracha School has reclaimed the Eastern Region championship title at the Chang Junior Cup 2026.
"Chang Natural Mineral Water" reinforces its mission to support football by launching the under-13 youth football tournament "Chang Junior Cup 2026," the ultimate competition dedicated to developing young talent and scouting Thailand’s top teams. The event also awards the "Most Talented Player" prize and two "Sportsmanship Awards" for outstanding skill and fair play, with winners earning a chance to experience world-class training in England.
The first qualifying round of Chang Junior Cup 2026 was held in the Eastern region from 3 to 5 April 2026 at Pattana Sport Resort, Chonburi, with a total of 20 teams participating.
The final match was a rematch of the 2025 championship between Assumption Sriracha School, the 2019 champion and last year’s Eastern region runner-up, and Pattaya United, the 2025 Eastern region champion. This year, Assumption Sriracha showed stronger form, defeating Pattaya United 2-0 to claim the Eastern region title, along with the trophy and scholarship. They also earned the right to compete in the national finals against youth teams from leading clubs across the country, aiming to become the top under-13 team and win an exclusive opportunity to experience world-class training in England.
Chang Junior Cup 2026 is supported by the Football Association of Thailand under Royal Patronage, Leicester City Football Club, Butroom Company Limited (producer and distributor of AriGear sportswear), and Molten (Thailand) Company Limited, all collaborating to develop and elevate Thai football to the international level.
The next qualifying rounds for Chang Junior Cup 2026 will be held in the Southern region from 8 to 11 April at the football field of Prince of Songkla University, Songkhla. The Central region will open team registrations from 13 to 17 April 2026, accepting 24 teams, with matches scheduled from 24 to 26 April at Ratchaburi Stadium, Ratchaburi.
