Panjaruji Battles Asias Best to Finish Top 4 in Race 2 of AP250 Class at Sepang

Panjaruji Jitvirunchat battled against Asia's top riders until the final corner, securing a top 4 finish in Race 2 of the AP250 class at Sepang.

Rising Thai rider from Honda Racing Thailand, "Fer" Panjaruji Jitvirunchat, delivered another strong performance on the Asian stage. Starting from the 11th grid, he steadily increased his speed and managed the intense pressure throughout each corner. He contended for a podium spot until the finish line, ultimately claiming a top 4 position in Race 2 of the Asia Production 250 class at the FIM Asia Road Racing Championship 2026 first round at Sepang Circuit, Malaysia.

Race 2 took place on a track still damp from earlier rain in the preceding class. Panjaruji, riding bike number 12, began the race calmly, staying within the lead group and continuously overtaking competitors. This showed the young Thai rider's progress in race management. He contested for a podium position until the final corner and crossed the finish line in the top 4, setting an excellent standard among the leading group for the emerging Thai talent.

The second round of the 2026 FIM Asia Road Racing Championship will return to Thailand for the home race from 8 to 10 May 2026 at Chang International Circuit, Thailand.
