
Tanach Laongpliu pushed the performance of his Honda CBR600RR to reach the 3rd place podium in the SS600 class Race 2 at Sepang ARRC 2026.
Rising star rider of Honda Racing Thailand, "Mix" Tanach Laongpliu, immediately delivered a podium finish for Thai speed fans in the first race abroad of the FIM Asia Road Racing Championship 2026, Round 1, SuperSport 600cc Class, Race 2 at Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia.
Thai rider "Mix" Tanach Laongpliu took the lead right from the start. The race conditions were mixed with some damp spots, causing several crashes. The young Thai rider maximized the potential of his bike No. 31, staying in the lead group throughout the race before soaring to claim 3rd place on the podium, marking a top-3 finish abroad.
Meanwhile, teammate "Hipec" Kritsada Thanachot, bike No. 18, after the misfortune of crashing and retiring in the first race, applied his experience to improve his performance, finishing 10th and earning his first championship points of the event.
The next round of the FIM Asia Road Racing Championship 2026 will move to Thailand, taking place from 8 to 10 May 2026 at Chang International Circuit, Buriram Province.
