
Honda Racing Thailand is sending Thanach Laongpliu and Krisada Thanachot to compete in the first round of the 2026 Malaysia Superbike Championship.
Honda Racing Thailand is committed to laying the foundation and supporting young Thai riders to gain experience and develop systematically, effectively, and continuously towards global competition. For the 2026 season, two rising stars, "Mix" Thanach Laongpliu and "Hypek" Krisada Thanachot, will pursue success again in the MAM Malaysia Superbike Championship in the MSBK600 class.
"Mix" Thanach Laongpliu previously competed in the 2024 MAM Malaysia Superbike Championship MSBK600 class, achieving one race win, two second-place finishes, and four third-place finishes, accumulating 129 points to finish as the season's runner-up.
Meanwhile, "Hypek" Krisada Thanachot has also made his mark in the MSBK250 class, securing two second-place finishes and two third-place podiums from six races out of eight, totaling 94 points.
The 2026 MAM Malaysia Superbike Championship MSBK600 class will consist of four rounds with eight races in total. The opening round is scheduled for May 1-3 at the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia.
Honda Racing Thailand's two riders will participate in practice sessions on Friday, May 1, from 12:50 to 13:20 and 16:45 to 17:15. Qualifying to determine starting positions will take place on Saturday, May 2, from 11:15 to 11:45, followed by Race 1 at 15:50. Race 2 is set for Sunday, May 3, at 15:50.
