On 1 May 2026 GMT+7, the beloved Thai fighter Rodtang Jitmuangnon spoke about his father, mother, and family after returning from Japan to Thailand. He missed winning the ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Championship belt after being knocked out in the 5th round by local fighter Takeru Segawa.
This defeat also served as revenge for Takeru Segawa, who had been knocked out by Rodtang in just 80 seconds in their first fight in March last year. It marked a perfect and complete farewell to Takeru Segawa’s fighting career.
Recently, Rodtang Jitmuangnon said, “In my life, the things I can never forget or leave behind are my parents and my family. I will do everything to keep them smiling until the end of my life.”
