Continuous Momentum: Thanach Clinches Double Win at 2026 Malaysia Superbike Championship Round 1

Thanach Laongpliu maintained his momentum by securing a double victory at the first round of the 2026 Malaysia Superbike Championship.

"Mix" Thanach Laongpliu, a rising star from Honda Racing Thailand, rode bike number 31 with a dominant performance, leading from start to finish to win the MAM Malaysia Superbike Championship 2026 MSBK600 class Round 1 Race 2 on Sunday, 3 May 2026.

In Race 2, "Mix" Thanach Laongpliu, winner of Race 1, continued his hot form by taking the lead and pulling away from the local Malaysian riders to claim another victory. Meanwhile, "Hi-Peak" Kritsada Thanachot, number 18, had to withdraw due to a wrist injury sustained in an accident during the warm-up lap.

Recently, "Mix" Thanach Laongpliu said, "I'm very happy to win again. The team and I worked hard to make the bike perform efficiently. This result gives me confidence ahead of the Asian Championship next week. Thank you to everyone for the support, thanks to the team and Thai Honda. See you at Buriram."
