The Supersports 10 Mile Run 2026 Presented by Under Armour concluded spectacularly with over 7,500 runners conquering 10 miles through the heart of the city, reinforcing the health-conscious trend.
Supersports, part of Central Retail and Thailand's leading sports brand retailer, partnered with Under Armour, a top American sports apparel and equipment brand, to successfully host the “Supersports 10 Mile Run 2026 Presented by Under Armour.” The event gathered over 7,500 runners nationwide to tackle 10-mile and 5-mile distances amid an energetic atmosphere, receiving overwhelming support from runners and health enthusiasts alike.
This year’s race was held under the concept “Beat Your Mile, Make Your 10 Mile GREEN Memory,” aiming to provide a running experience paired with sustainable event management. Participants praised the event’s competition standards, route management, safety measures, and eco-friendly activities, reflecting Supersports’ commitment to elevating Thai running events to international standards.
The course buzzed with energy and color from runners of all generations, including running communities, health influencers, and renowned athletes who inspired attendees. Those finishing the 10-mile route within the set time received Under Armour Finisher T-shirts amid continuous cheers along the route.
Beyond the excitement and challenge of the race, the event seriously advanced its Sustainable Event concept by promoting waste reduction from the start under the Eco-Friendly and Sustainable Event framework through four main activities:
• Distributed over 10,000 refillable cups from EcoCrew to reduce plastic cup use, featuring single-use cups and 100% waste sorting stations to enhance systematic recycling efficiency.
• Deployed Green Pacer & Sweeper teams and implemented a flag system to improve route control and enhance runner safety.
• Provided Race Packs made from bio-plastic under the Reuse - Reduce - Recycle principle, completely eliminating traditional plastic bags to tangibly lessen environmental impact.
• Conducted waste separation according to the 3R principles from the start and ensured proper disposal after the event to promote sustainable waste management.
These approaches demonstrate the organizers’ dedication to making the running event more than just a sport but a model event mindful of the environment and delivering positive long-term social impact.
Wiyada Buranapakorn, Senior Assistant Managing Director of Marketing at CRC Sports under Central Retail, stated, “The success of Supersports 10 Mile Run 2026 is not only reflected in the participation of over 7,500 runners but also in the growth of the Thai running community that values health, experience, and the environment. We are delighted by the enthusiastic response nationwide and believe this event will inspire more Thais to exercise and care for the planet.”
