Counting down to the world jet ski battle "WGP#1 WATERJET WORLD SERIES 2026 Round 1 - Bulgaria"
The exciting first round will open on the waters of Eastern Europe at Sarafovo, Burgas, Bulgaria, from 8 to 12 July 2026.
Under the name "Bulgaria Grand Prix" (BULGARIA GRAND PRIX 2026)
For this major event, the Thai jet ski team flying across the continent to compete in Europe consists of seven athletes competing in eight categories as follows.
Professional level categories WGP#1
The "Thunder Twins" Thanawin and Thanawit Moli will both compete. #T4 "Twin Sixth" Thanawin Moli, the world runner-up, will compete in two professional standing boat categories: PRO SKI GRAND PRIX and PRO-AM SKI STOCK, where he was the World Series runner-up last year, 2025.
Meanwhile, #T30 "Twin Saint" Thanawit Moli, a three-time World Series champion in 2022, 2024, and 2025, and two-time World Cup champion in 2021 and 2024, aims to defend his PRO-AM SKI STOCK standing boat title again.
In the PRO-AM SPORT GP category, #T8 Keeratikorn Piangam, a top racer and former Thailand champion in 2023, has a strong chance to win the title.
In PRO-AM RUNABOUT 1100 OPEN, former WGP#1 world champion in 2024, #T142 Kasidit Theeraprateep, is a strong contender, with #89 “Bank the World Champion” Pittipong Kiattikamolkul also competing for the title.
Additionally, "Champion" Kasidit, former WGP#1 world champion in 2024 in PRO RUNABOUT 1100 OPEN, will also challenge for the PRO RUNABOUT GRAND PRIX title.
Semi-professional level categories WGP#2
#T30 "Twin Saint" Thanawit Moli, World Series and World Cup champion in 2025 and 2022, will compete for his second title in the EXPERT SKI GP category.
In the women’s category WOMEN RUNABOUT 1100 STOCK, the remarkable #T26 “Mio” Sasinah Piangam, 2025 World Series champion, is the favorite to defend her world title with full readiness.
Amateur and youth level categories WGP#3
Young Thai competitor #10 “Nong Pai” Master Nattakitt Suriyathiwat will race in the timed slalom event, a top contender in the 1 LAP SLALOM JUNIOR 13-15 Yrs. SPARK STOCK category.
The first step in the pursuit of the WGP#1 World Series 2026 world championship is about to begin.
