The Thai Health Education, Physical Education and Recreation Association (THAHE) is hosting a major event and inviting interested participants to the 39th National Academic Conference in Udon Thani from 18 to 20 November.
On 22 July 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Wichit Kaneungsukkasem, president of the Thai Health Education, Physical Education and Recreation Association, announced that the association will hold the 39th National Academic Conference on "Quality Physical Education for Physical Literacy Development in Schools" from 18 to 20 November 2026 at Prajaktra Design Hotel in Udon Thani province.
The conference will feature distinguished speakers such as Dr. Jaruyaporn Thoranin, former Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education; Associate Professor Dr. Vasana Kunaaphisit; Assistant Professor Dr. Kasem Nakornkhet, Director of the Physical Activity for Health Division, Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health; Assistant Professor Dr. Naruphon Wongjaturapat; Associate Professor Dr. Areekul Amornsriwatthanakul from the College of Sports Science and Technology, Mahidol University; Dr. Eksit Hakaew from the Demonstration School of Naresuan University; Assistant Professor Dr. Peer Wongupraj from the Faculty of Psychology, Chulalongkorn University; Dr. Jesada Anil from the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University; Assistant Professor Dr. Tawisak Sawangmek, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Education, Naresuan University; and Assistant Professor Dr. Tatsana Jaruchart from the Faculty of Education, Naresuan University.
In addition, there will be lectures accompanying activities on "Designing Learning Activities Based on the QPE Concept" by Assistant Professor Dr. Niromlee Makaje from the Faculty of Sports Science, Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus; Assistant Professor Dr. Amorntep Wandi from the Faculty of Education, Naresuan University; and Assistant Professor Dr. Watcharakan Hotong from the Faculty of Education, National Sports University.
