Health Enthusiasts Flock to “Be aLife: Move Out Loud” Event Inviting Urban Fitness

Health enthusiasts flock to the “Be aLife: Move Out Loud” event inviting fitness activities in the city center.

Fitness fans shouldn’t miss this! True Digital Park has transformed Skytrack into the venue for the major event “Be aLife: Move Out Loud,” bringing the MINI Functional Fitness Racing trend to life with a full Sportainment competition, creating a fitness phenomenon in the heart of the city.

The “Be aLife: Move Out Loud” event at Skytrack, True Digital Park, has officially kicked off.

Amid the growing trend of health care, the “Be aLife” project has launched its biggest event of the year, building on the success of 2022’s highly attended competition to create a real community space, scaling down the global viral sport trend into “MINI Functional Fitness Racing.”

The “Be aLife: Move Out Loud” competition is scheduled every Saturday throughout August 2026, on the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th, expecting to attract over 1,000 participants during the campaign, fostering engagement among health enthusiasts through a global viral sport format combining running on the Skytrack with fitness challenge stations.

Dr. Jirapong Phipatphiwong, CEO of True Digital Park, said, “Our main goal is to make True Digital Park more than just a workspace; it must be a community that meets the lifestyle needs of modern people in every aspect, especially health.”

“Therefore, we have extended the Be aLife: Move Out Loud campaign to transform this area into an 'adult playground' where everyone can enjoy exercising with perfect Sportainment.”

“With the full readiness of our facilities, including the Skytrack zone and the main activity area, we can seamlessly host competitions. We are ready to welcome everyone—whether hardcore athletes or office workers—to join us in building a strong, sustainable fitness community.”

The event’s highlight is breaking down the barriers of exercise that many find challenging, under the concept of openness for all: “You don’t have to be a superhero to join the fun,” whether office workers wanting stress relief, friends seeking weekend activities, or athletes challenging their limits.

In the competition highlight, participants alternate between two main zones: The RUN, running on the 540-meter Skytrack sky treadmill, and The FIT CHALLENGE, featuring 5 key fitness stations (SkiErg, Rowing, Kettlebell Swing, Sandbag Lunges, Dumbbell Thruster), repeated over 5 rounds for a total running distance of 2.7 kilometers.

Winners are determined by total points, with registration open for individual categories (age groups 16 to over 50) and teams of two (men, women, mixed, and inclusive of LGBTQ teams).

The “Be aLife: Move Out Loud” event runs every Saturday, aiming for over 1,000 participants (around 250 each week). It is open to all—no superhero skills needed—and conveniently accessible via BTS Punnawithi Station, Exit 6.
