Vithawin and Primros Shine in Jet Ski World Championship Points Race Round 2 in the USA

Vithawin Wimuttikorn and Primros Khunsa kicked off with impressive form at the jet ski points accumulation for the World Championship Round 2 held in the United States.


The second round of the world-class jet ski points championship season, known as the “WGP One Waterjet World Series 2026” or the “SBT World Finals 2026,” took place spectacularly at Red Rock Water Ski, Lake Havasu City, Arizona, USA, from 8 to 11 October 2026. Over 250 top jet ski athletes from 40 countries worldwide competed fiercely in this event.

On the first day of competition (6 October), the Thai national jet ski team wasted no time, delivering a strong performance to immediately secure two championship trophies in the novice category (WGP#3), thrilling fans around the world: In the NOVICE RUNABOUT STOCK class, rising star Vithawin Wimuttikorn (#102) from team FKT Concrete showed exceptional determination. Despite it being his first time competing in a World Finals event on US soil, he showed no signs of nervousness, delivering a flawless performance by winning all heats and achieving a perfect score of 120 points, securing the world title for Thailand with great pride.

In the NOVICE RUNABOUT 1100 STOCK class, true to his champion lineage, “Nong Poypoy” Primros Khunsa, daughter of legendary racer “Oi” Atthapon Khunsa and the only female competitor in this class, showcased flawless racing lines. Fulfilling her pre-competition promise that “A champion’s child must be a champion,” she delivered an outstanding performance with a perfect game, winning every moto and proudly claiming the 2026 America Grand Prix title in this category.
