Kiattisak Pursues Points in Moto3 Nopparutphong and Pongkun Aim for Moto4 Points

Kiattisak Singhapong is chasing points in Moto3, while Nopparutphong Boonpraves and Pongkun Iamnoi are aiming for points in Moto4.

The 2026 MotoGP Malaysian Grand Prix is scheduled from 30 October to 1 November at Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia.

Thai fans will follow the performance of rising Thai talents, especially three newcomers from the Honda Race to the Dream program set to gain experience this weekend. Leading them is “Mai Q” Kiattisak Singhapong, who will compete in the Moto3 World Championship for the fourth consecutive race with the Rivacold Snipers team, riding bike number 85 under the support of Thai Honda and Honda HRC to build a foundation for the future.

“Mai Q” Kiattisak Singhapong has shown remarkable progress, particularly at the recent Phillip Island circuit in Australia. Racing there for the first time, he qualified for Q2 for the first time, earning 9th on the grid. Unfortunately, he missed the chance to score points in the main race as it was canceled.

For Kiattisak Singhapong, Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia is another great opportunity to earn points. He is familiar with this track, having competed multiple times in the Idemitsu Asia Talent Cup and Asia Road Racing Championship. Being close to home, many Thai fans also travel there to support him.

Meanwhile, “Oom” Nopparutphong Boonpraves, bike number 20 and a new rider from Honda Racing Thailand, will compete in the Idemitsu Moto4 Asia Cup 2026 Round 5, a youth championship race supporting the Malaysian Grand Prix this weekend as part of the Road to MotoGP pathway.

Also good news for another Thai rising star, “Mammy” Pongkun Iamnoi, bike number 25, who will receive a wildcard entry to compete in this round of the Idemitsu Moto4 Asia Cup, gaining valuable experience at the world-class Sepang International Circuit.

Kiattisak Singhapong will begin practice for the Malaysian Grand Prix on Friday, 30 October, followed by qualifying on Saturday, 31 October, and the main race on Sunday, 1 November at 11:00 a.m. Thai time. The event will be broadcast live on TrueVisions Now SPOTV.

Nopparutphong Boonpraves and Pongkun Iamnoi will practice in the Idemitsu Moto4 Asia Cup on Friday, 30 October, then qualify on the morning of Saturday, 31 October. Race 1 will start at 3:10 p.m. Thai time, with Race 2 scheduled for Sunday, 1 November at 8:45 a.m. Thai time.
