Urgent! Thai National Footballer Unable to Contact Family for 3 Days After Songkhla Flooding

Sarawat Phosaman posted on Facebook urgently seeking help after being unable to contact his family for three consecutive days following severe flooding.

On 25 Nov 2025, Songkhla experienced a major flood with water levels reaching 3 meters, expected to rise further. Residents were unable to move around, forced to stay on high ground, and shouted for help.

Water levels show no signs of receding. Government and private sectors are trying their best to assist, but aid remains difficult. Celebrity Ple Nakorn attempted to rescue victims using a jet ski but was stranded on a rooftop after water entered the engine, before safely escaping yesterday.

Sarawat Phosaman, goalkeeper for the Thai national team currently training for the 2025 SEA Games in December, lost contact with his family after severe flooding. He posted on Facebook requesting help from all sectors.
