The flood situation in Hat Yai remains critical. Samuel P. Cunningham, goalkeeper for Songkhla FC, is trapped on the 4th floor of Moka Mansion dormitory without food or water. The club has called on authorities for assistance.


On 25 Nov 2025 GMT+7, the flooding in Hat Yai district, Songkhla province, continues to be critical. Many areas are cut off, making it difficult to reach those affected. Meanwhile, many residents have lacked water and food for several days.

One of those severely affected is Samuel P. Cunningham, 35-year-old goalkeeper for Songkhla FC, who is trapped inside Moka Mansion Park dormitory on the 4th floor, room 42. The club’s official page posted that he “has not eaten all day” and urgently raised a “red flag” to request immediate help from agencies on 24 Nov 2025 GMT+7.

Most recently, on 25 Nov 2025 GMT+7, Songkhla FC updated the situation, stating that Samuel still cannot leave the building and continues to lack drinking water and food. They posted a message saying:

“Samuel still cannot get out and lacks food and water. We kindly ask officials to help or evacuate him from Moka Mansion dormitory, 4th floor, room 42.”

Samuel’s dormitory location: Soi 1 (Diland Nivet), Phon Phichai Road, Hat Yai subdistrict, Hat Yai district, Songkhla province, 4th floor, room 42.

Not only Samuel, but more than 15 coaches and players are also trapped inside a dormitory in Hat Yai.

Location: No. 93/92 Niphat Songkroh 5 Road, Hat Yai subdistrict, Hat Yai district, Songkhla province. This area remains heavily flooded and is inaccessible by normal vehicles.

The situation requires close monitoring as fans and social media users continue sharing information to urge relevant agencies to quickly assist the players and staff of Songkhla FC before conditions worsen further.
