Monthong Wittaya succeeded in winning the 7-a-side football championship at the “18 DARUL F.A. CUP” after a penalty shootout victory over their opponent.
On 30 Nov 2025 GMT+7, the 26th edition of the 7-a-side football tournament “18 DARUL F.A. CUP” public division final was held at the football field of Suhera Khlong 18 School (Kampu Stadium), where Monthong Wittaya faced Pak Khlong 17.
Monthong Wittaya won 10-9 in the penalty shootout against Pak Khlong 17 after a 1-1 draw in regular time.
As a result, Monthong Wittaya claimed the championship of the 26th “18 DARUL F.A. CUP” public division.
Additionally, “Pom” Akanee Phusudsung earned the top scorer award.
Path to the championship:
First round: Monthong Wittaya defeated Hua Mak Yai 2-0.
Quarterfinals: Monthong Wittaya beat S. Phong Ratch 4-2.
Semifinals: Monthong Wittaya overcame Sarina Sang Lui 6-1.
Final: Monthong Wittaya won a penalty shootout 10-9 against Pak Khlong 17 after a 1-1 draw in regular time.
