“Madam Pang” Teams Up with Two Managers to Reward Thai Women’s Football Team 500,000 Baht After 8-0 Win Over Indonesia

Equal to the men's team! “Madam Pang” joined forces with two team managers to award the Thai women's football team a 500,000 baht bonus after thrashing Indonesia 8-0 in the SEA Games opener.

“Madam Pang,” Nualphan Lamsam, President of the Football Association of Thailand, along with Dr. Napatsanan Pannipa and Ms. Rawida So Sotthikul, the two managers of the Thai women's national football team, boosted the players' morale by jointly awarding a 500,000 baht bonus following their 8-0 victory over Indonesia in the women's football event at the 33rd SEA Games Group A opening match held at Chonburi Stadium on 4 Dec 2025 GMT+7.

Meanwhile, “Coach Nueng,” Nuengrutai Srathongvian, head coach of the Thai women's national football team, thanked Madam Pang and the two managers, saying, “Thank you to Madam Pang, the association president, who called to encourage us and provided the bonus, as well as to the two managers, Dr. Napatsanan Pannipa and Ms. Rawida So Sotthikul, who have been with us throughout—visiting the hotel, boosting morale, and supporting the team continuously during our training.”

“This is very positive because whenever we face problems, all three of them have supported us continuously. I want to express my gratitude to all three. The bonus amount of 500,000 baht is equal to that given to the men's team.”

Chaba Kaew started the tournament with an outstanding performance, giving them a strong chance to advance directly to the semifinals, although they still have one group stage match remaining against Singapore on 10 Dec 2025 GMT+7 at 18:30 at Chonburi Stadium.

The Thai women's national football team last won the championship 12 years ago, during the 2013 competition held in Myanmar.
