On 21 Dec 2025 GMT+7, in the Chang FA Cup 2025/26 Round of 32, Custom United, third place in Thai League 3 Eastern Zone, hosted defending champions Buriram United, current leaders of Thai League 1, at the Customs Ladkrabang 54 Stadium.
In the 7th minute of the first half, Custom United unexpectedly took the lead 1-0 when Japanese forward Naoki Uemoto threaded a through ball to Isra Suktaeng, who ran into the penalty area and calmly placed the shot into the corner.
In first-half stoppage time, Buriram United nearly equalized when Pathompong Charoenratniparom chipped a ball over Custom United goalkeeper Kantaphat Manpati, and the ball was almost in, but Teerawat Banchamek slid in to clear it just over the crossbar. The first half ended with Custom leading 1-0.
In the 75th minute of the second half, "The Thunder Castle" finally equalized 1-1. Theerathon Bunmathan crossed into the box where two Buriram players challenged goalkeeper Kantaphat Manpati mid-air; the ball fell to Guilherme Bissoli, who volleyed it into the net.
