
The Mon Thong Wittaya School Alumni Football Club has issued a statement respecting Coach Sakol Kliangprasert's decision and announced plans to appoint a new coach soon.
On 24 February 2026, after Coach Sakol Kliangprasert revealed plans to step down as head coach of Mon Thong Wittaya School after this semester ends in March, hinting that the new school he will coach is about 50 kilometers from Suphachalasai Stadium.
The conclusion is that he will coach the team at Phutthirangsi Phibun School in Chachoengsao Province, with an expectation that about 80 percent of the players will move with Coach Sakol.
Recently, the Mon Thong Wittaya School Alumni Football Club's page made its first public move after the news broke that Coach Sakol plans to leave Mon Thong Wittaya.
“Regarding Coach Sakol Kliangprasert's announcement about leaving the Mon Thong Wittaya school football team, the Alumni Football Club respects his decision. All good things must come to an end.”
