Coach Jun insists he is not here to profit, affirming that other teams pay five times more. He warns "Mon Thong" to be cautious about their financial endurance due to ongoing drama.
On 3 Mar 2025 GMT+7, Coach Jun Anurak Srikerd answered all questions before preparing to coach "Mon Thong Witthaya" following Ajarn Sakon Kliangprasert on the program "Clear Rim Sen," hosted by Bubble Yingrak Raksuwan and Tu Goat TV Kritsana Phayung, confirming he is not here to take advantage.
Coach Jun confirmed he has not officially signed a coaching contract nor agreed on all details, with a clear condition that he cannot work full-time (living with the kids) like Coach Sakon did. Instead, there must be staff members managing regularly. He advised the club to clarify arrangements to avoid problems affecting him.
Coach Jun (Anurak Srikerd) candidly questioned the Mon Thong team, asking, "Can you handle the expenses" if he brings his coaching staff along?
He explained that a school's financial resources differ from a professional club’s, as income is not steady. He warned that if the team continues to have image issues or prolonged conflicts and drama, it will impact sponsor confidence and could stop funding, affecting the team's financial stability.
Initially, Sumeth Ridmad, chairman of the Mon Thong Witthaya School football club, assured Coach Jun that they can cover these expenses and asked him not to worry about the budget.
Coach Jun affirmed he does not seek to profit, as his budget from coaching professional clubs is 4-5 times higher than here. He agreed to discuss the role because he wants to help develop career paths for the young players.
