On 22 Mar 2026 GMT+7, after Phattharaphon beat Monthongwittaya 13-0 in Week 2 of the Black Hunter High School Premier League 2026, Channachon won two games in a row to lead the standings, while Monthongwittaya lost both games and remained last in the table.
Before the game, "Coach Jun" Anurak Srikerd, coach of Monthongwittaya, said, "It’s a good opportunity. We faced a quality team, Phattharaphon, which is an academy team of Buriram United. We learned from a strong team that is like the reserve squad of Buriram United."
In that match, Phattharaphon played far superior football with an 11-player system well understood among the players. Meanwhile, Monthongwittaya still needs to improve in positioning and understanding the large-field football system, awaiting new player selection in the next academic term.
However, "Noon" Channachon Chidchob, son of Newin Chidchob, chairman of Buriram United, who previously led Phattharaphon to win the 7-Color Football Championship in 2025, posted a message after this match victory.
