Thairath Sport highlights three key players with impressive current form ready to prove themselves in this tournament.

1. Ousamma Tiangkam, 22 years old

A left-back of Thai-Moroccan descent, he began his professional career with Association JS, a Moroccan Division 3 club, before moving to play in the Thai League with PT Prachuap FC in July 2025. His performance caught the eye of Coach Thawatchai Damrong-Ongtrakul, earning him a call-up to the Thai U23 national team for the Asian U23 Championship in Saudi Arabia.

Although Thailand U23 lost 1-2 to Australia, he played the second half and impressed many, being seen as a future key defender for the senior War Elephants team.

2. Worawut Noisri

A promising 20-year-old winger, he started at Buriram Academy and made his professional league debut at 17. After playing with several teams and participating in football circuits, Chiangmai United signed him to strengthen their squad.

3. Jehanafi Mama

A young forward from Pattani playing for PT Prachuap FC, he expressed, “I’m happy to be named in the Thai national team for the first time and hope to inspire players from the three border provinces.”

Jehanafi previously played for Pattani FC, scoring for the team at just 17 years old, then moved to Yala FC where he scored a hat trick at 18, before joining PT Prachuap FC.

Coach Te praised him, saying, “Jehanafi is a fast player with a very good mindset. He is waiting for his opportunity.”
