Kakhana reveals one key focus ahead of Thailand U23's match against China in the Four Nations Tournament at Xi'an.
On 24 March 2026, the Thailand U23 national team held a training session ahead of their opening match against host China U23 in the CFA Team China International Youth Tournament in Xi'an.
The Thailand U23 team traveled approximately five hours to reach Xi'an, People's Republic of China, arriving last night at 23:30. They are currently conducting their final training to prepare for tomorrow's match against China U23.
Before training, Kakhana Kamyok, a player from Muangthong United, spoke about the current condition of the Thailand U23 team ahead of facing China: "This time, it's good. The weather is cool. Facing China again, they remain strong as always."
"We have to learn from them. I played a match two days ago, so I need to recover physically. I think I might play in one or two of the three games."
"The goal for this tournament is to gain experience from teams stronger than us and for new teammates to learn from each other."
"We know China's strength surpasses ours, so it depends on our system on how we handle them. The match starts tomorrow. I ask Thai fans to support us in all three matches."
