Earlier, "Madam Pang" Nuannaphan Lamsam, president of the Football Association, revealed that the whole country was anxious. She admitted she prayed on the day Thailand beat Turkmenistan 2-1 in the final match of the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers on 31 March.
Madam Pang said, "The whole country was on edge. The performance of the Thailand senior team beating Turkmenistan was nerve-wracking.
