The confirmed champion is "The Thunder Castle" Buriram United, who secured the 2025-26 Thai League title and claimed their fifth consecutive championship on 11 April, before the Songkran holiday, clinching the title with five rounds remaining. This followed True Bangkok United, known as "The Angels," failing to beat "The Swat Cats" Nakhon Ratchasima Mazda FC. Buriram also secured automatic qualification to the league phase.
