"Neawin" urges teams in the Thai League to become stronger because they won't be able to keep up with Buriram – hopes teams competing in Asian tournaments dare to spend and avoid conceding points.
Following Buriram United's 11th Thai League championship, Neawin Chidchob, chairman of Buriram United, said after the celebration, "Next year's goal is nothing less than winning every championship. The 12th title must stay with Buriram. That is my intention and goal."
"I tell all league rivals that if you don't prepare to be strong enough, you will never catch up with Buriram."
"I also warn the top four teams that have to play in Asian competitions or even the Shopee Cup: if you don't prepare your teams well enough, this year you will become easy point providers for Thai teams. This will cause problems for the Thai teams' coefficient in the future. Don't think the three direct ACL spots were given easily; they were earned through great difficulty and the dedication of everyone involved in every team."
"I want to emphasize that teams should prepare strongly for the ACL Elite. If you concede points in the group stage, it will harm the Thai league's coefficient in the future."
"I appeal to Port, Ratchaburi, and BG to boldly invest to maintain Thai football's coefficient. Playing in the ACL Elite is not easy, even the ACL 2. Whenever you play more than three tournaments, you can't do the same as before. Let's help each other. Dare to spend money a bit. Thank you."
