Suchewa Picks Starting 11 for Thailand National Team Against Kuwait and China in FIFA Day Friendlies

"Suchewa Nuchnum," a legendary midfielder for the Thailand national team and Buriram United, has selected the starting 11 players he wants to see for Thailand's friendly matches against Kuwait and China during the FIFA Day.


On 15 May 2026, "Gob" Suchewa Nuchnum, a legendary midfielder of the "War Elephants" Thailand national team and "Thunder Castle" Buriram United, announced the starting 11 for the Thai national team under English head coach Anthony Hudson. He revealed the lineup he wants to see against Kuwait and China in the FIFA Day friendlies via a live broadcast on Thairath Sport, a prominent Thai sports media outlet, along with the announcement of the full 23-man squad.

The players listed are required to report to Novotel Future Park Rangsit hotel on 30 May 2026 at 12:00 noon and will begin training that evening at the BG Training Center.

According to the FIFA Day calendar for June 2026, Thailand's friendly match schedule consists of two games: on 5 June 2026 at 19:30, Thailand will face Kuwait, ranked 134th in the world, at Pathum Thani Stadium; and on 9 June 2026, Thailand will visit China at Huanglong Sports Center.
