The result saw Port FC narrowly defeat BG Pathum United 1-0, securing their second title in this competition after 16 years, and their first championship in seven years since winning the Chang FA Cup in 2019.
Additionally, Port FC earned the right to compete in the Shopee Cup 2026-27 after qualifying for the AFC Champions League Elite 2026-27 by finishing second in Thai League 1.

- Chang FA Cup champion (either Buriram United or PT Prachuap FC)

However, if Buriram United also wins the Chang FA Cup 2025-26, the quotas will be adjusted as follows:
- Ratchaburi FC will qualify for ACL Elite
- BG Pathum United will qualify for ACL 2
