BG Pathum United, a leading team in Thai League 1, officially announced the departure of nine prominent players, extending their best wishes for success in their future football careers.


On 1 Jun 2026 GMT+7, "The Rabbits" BG Pathum United, a top club in BYD SEALION 6 LEAGUE 1 or Thai League 1, issued a statement on parting ways with nine notable players: Gakuto Notsuda, Nika Sandokadze, Riku Matsuda, Yoshiaki Takagi, Matheus Fornazari, Puttawong Sangvilai, Thanawat Phimphotha, Chatmongkol Thongkiri, and Charoensak Wongkorn, after their contracts expired. The club thanked all nine players for their full dedication and professionalism during their time with the team, wishing them good luck and continued success in their football careers.

Starting with Gakuto Notsuda, who joined "The Rabbits" in the 2024/25 season and became a key player, appearing in 70 matches across all competitions, scoring 5 goals and providing 14 assists. Next, Nika Sandokadze joined BG Pathum United in the second half of the 2024/25 season, playing 51 matches, scoring 4 goals, and assisting twice across all tournaments.

Following that, Riku Matsuda joined "The Rabbits" in the second half of the 2025/26 season, participating in 16 matches and providing 2 assists in all competitions. Then, Yoshiaki Takagi became part of the team also in the second half of the 2025/26 season, playing 16 matches across all tournaments, scoring 2 goals and making 2 assists.
