This was chosen by 64.91 percent, followed by the sports science budget at 16.60 percent, refereeing standards and VAR at 13.77 percent, and scheduling matches to avoid clashes with FIFA Days at 4.72 percent.
Continuing to the question asking how long Thai national team fans who responded to the survey would be willing to wait if the team pursued a long-term project,
the top response was willing to wait as long as necessary, at 36.29 percent. Next was willing to wait until the next Asian Cup at 23.05 percent, and willing to wait until the 2038 World Cup qualifiers at 22.38 percent, while those wanting results within this year were the smallest group at 18.28 percent.
Regarding the question about which area the first budget should be invested in if one became president of the Football Association of Thailand, the leading answer was to build standardized football training centers distributed across the country at 46.21 percent, followed by developing a nationwide scouting system for young talents including dual nationals at 22.35 percent, developing a nationwide youth coaching system at 20.71 percent, and attracting a renowned head coach at 10.73 percent.
When asked about the timing of Thailand's first chance to qualify for the World Cup, the top answer was"There is a chance if the system is well established,"at 49.04 percent, followed by "It won't happen in our generation" at 28.10 percent, "It will take several decades" at 16.67 percent, and "Sooner than expected" at 6.20 percent.
Regarding the style of play fans want to see from the national team, 58.60 percent favored an attacking, exciting style of football, while 41.40 percent preferred a disciplined, defense-oriented approach.
