Two Thai national players share their readiness after the first training session in Laos, aiming for the first 3 points in the ASEAN Cup 2026.
On 23 July 2026 at 17:00, at the main training field of the National Stadium No. 16 in Vientiane, Lao People's Democratic Republic, the Thai men's national football team held a training session after arriving, preparing for the 2026 ASEAN Football Championship group stage, Group B, with their first match against Laos scheduled for 25 July.
This training session lasted about one hour, focusing on physical recovery following their arrival.
Before training, Yosakorn Burapha, a forward for the Thai national team, said, "We are very ready now. Coming to Laos shouldn't require much adjustment since the weather is quite similar to Thailand. We have trained according to the coach's plan to prepare for facing Laos initially."
