On 3 Aug 2026 15:30 GMT+7 at the press room of New Clark City Athletic Stadium in Capas, Philippines, the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) held a press conference ahead of the ASEAN Cup 2026 group stage, Group B, Match 3 between Thailand's national team, ranked 94th in the world, and the Philippines, ranked 135th.
The press conference was led by head coach Anthony Hudson, accompanied by goalkeeper Kampol Pathomakkakul.
At the press conference, Hudson said, "First, we must respect our opponent, the Philippines, as they are a dangerous team with a skilled head coach whom I have had the chance to know before. Certainly, the Philippines is a strong team and a tough challenge. However, our situation is reasonably good. We are determined and have the goal to deliver a strong performance."
