Yotsakorn clearly reveals his goals ahead of the Thailand national team’s match against Vietnam in the first leg of the ASEAN Cup 2026 final.
On 21 August 2026 at 2:00 PM, at the press conference room of Rajamangala Stadium, the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) held a press event ahead of the ASEAN Cup 2026 first leg final between Thailand, ranked 94th in the world, and Vietnam, ranked 99th.
Yotsakorn Burapha, Thailand’s national team forward, said, "We are ready now. The coach has prepared the team well to face Vietnam. Facing Vietnam in the final, I hope everyone, including myself, will perform at our best and secure a win on our home ground."
"When dealing with Vietnam, the game will be intense, but with VAR in place, they probably won’t dare to play dirty. Still, football naturally involves physical challenges. I am ready for any situation and will do my best tomorrow."
"Last year I faced Vietnam in the SEA Games, and this time my goal is to win the championship. The coach and all the seniors will prepare thoroughly to face them and do our best to win at home and lift the trophy on their home ground."
"I want Thai fans to come and cheer for us to fill the stadium. We really need the support. This is the final match, and I hope the stands are full. We will do our best to win at home tomorrow."
