Vietnam's Nguyen Xuan Son Fires Up Team with Quote Ahead of ASEAN Cup 2026 Final Against Thailand
On 26 August 2026, Nguyen Xuan Son, the Brazilian-born striker for Vietnam, posted a motivational quote on his personal social media ahead of the ASEAN Cup 2026 final second leg against Thailand.

If Vietnam wins the ASEAN Cup 2026, Nguyen Xuan Son will claim his second consecutive title, having won in 2024, while the 'Golden Stars' will secure their fourth championship following wins in 2008, 2018, and 2024.
