On 30 Aug 2026 at the press conference room of Chonburi Stadium, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) held a press conference ahead of the AFC U20 Asian Cup China 2027 Qualifiers Group F. The event was led by Jakraphan Panpi, head coach of Thailand's U-20 national team, alongside the head coaches of Iraq, the UAE, and Turkmenistan.
"Coach Bo" Jakraphan Panpi said, "Our Thailand U20 team has been preparing continuously since the conclusion of the ASEAN Championship in Indonesia. We've had a solid preparation and are ready for this tournament."
