"Sivakorn" reveals his latest condition after a dangerous moment before the Thailand U20 national team's 2027 Asian Cup qualifier match 2 (video).
On 3 Sep 2026, Sivakorn Pholsan, forward for the Thailand U20 national team, spoke openly before rejoining the team for the AFC U20 Asian Cup 2027 Qualifiers second Group F match against Turkmenistan U20 today.
"Sik" Sivakorn Pholsan was the hero in the first match, scoring the winning goal to help Thailand U20 beat UAE U20 1-0, earning their first 3 points, tied with Turkmenistan U20 who surprisingly defeated Iraq 2-1.
However, Sivakorn Pholsan experienced a dangerous collision late in the first AFC U20 Asian Cup qualifying match, when the UAE U20 goalkeeper came out to clear the ball outside the penalty area but jumped high and his knee struck Sivakorn’s head in a frightening incident.
Sivakorn Pholsan spoke about his condition after the incident ahead of the second match against Turkmenistan U20, saying, "It’s not too serious. Fortunately, I wasn’t hit directly. I was hit on the head but it’s nothing serious, just a slight abrasion on my neck."
"Thank you everyone for your concern, and please come out to support us a lot in the next match. I will do my best."
