Draw Results for King’s Cup 2026 in Sisaket Province Announced Thairath TV to Broadcast Live

Draw results for the King’s Cup 2026 in Sisaket Province announced; Thairath TV to broadcast live matches on air and online.

The Football Association of Thailand under royal patronage, in collaboration with Sisaket Province, held a grand press conference at Gallery Design Hotel in Sisaket on 19 October 2026 to announce their readiness to host the 52nd King’s Cup football tournament.

The event confirmed full readiness in every aspect, including welcoming international teams and fans, as well as the competition venue. The key highlight was the semi-final draw featuring four national teams: Thailand (host), ranked 93rd globally; Oman, ranked 81st; Tajikistan, ranked 100th; and Brunei, ranked 196th.

The event was honored by the presence of prominent figures confirming readiness, including Madam Pang (Nualphan Lamsam), President of the Football Association of Thailand; Anurat Thamprasitjit, Governor of Sisaket Province; and Ratwit Angsakulkiat, Vice President of the Sisaket Provincial Sports Association.

Madam Pang said that as President of the Football Association of Thailand, she feels honored and delighted that the 52nd King’s Cup in 2026 will be held for the first time in Sisaket Province, known as one of Thailand’s most passionate football-loving provinces.

She expressed gratitude to Siripong Angsakulkiat, Deputy Minister of Transport and President of Sisaket Provincial Sports Association, for his commitment and determination in proposing Sisaket as the host. Along with the governor and all provincial sectors, the facilities—including the main stadium, Ko Klang Nam Stadium, training grounds, and accommodation—meet international standards. She believes this King’s Cup will be one of the most thoroughly prepared ever.

This King’s Cup features four teams: host Thailand (ranked 93rd), Oman (81st), Tajikistan (100th), and Brunei (196th). Oman and Brunei are participating for the first time. The matches will be held during the FIFA calendar window from 9 to 17 November, starting with semi-finals on 14 November 2026 and the final on 17 November 2026. All matches are FIFA-certified A-Matches, affecting FIFA ranking points.

The Football Association of Thailand has previously organized 51 King’s Cups, each receiving strong interest and support. Madam Pang is confident this edition will attract even more attention. Recently, Sisaket Province, led by Deputy Minister Siripong Angsakulkiat and the provincial sports association, has upgraded Ko Klang Nam Stadium, increasing capacity from 15,000 to 17,000 to accommodate what is expected to be a full house, inviting local and neighboring fans to experience the tournament atmosphere.

As the first province in Thailand dubbed a "Sports City," with two Thai League teams—Sisaket United and Rasi Salai—and a history of producing many national team footballers including current stars Supachok Sarachat and Suphanat Mueanta, Madam Pang believes no province is more suitable to host the King’s Cup than Sisaket. She thanked all provincial leaders for their collaboration in bringing the King’s Cup to this football-crazy region and invited all football fans to support the Thai national team and make new history together.

Governor Anurat Thamprasitjit said, “We are proud to be chosen as the venue for this legendary event. Sisaket has unique charm with beautiful Lower Isan culture and local specialties like volcanic durian. The province has coordinated with all sectors to prepare for the expected crowds, including traffic management, accommodation, and top-level security, aiming to provide an unforgettable experience and boost regional tourism and economy.”

Ratwit Angsakulkiat, Vice President of the Sisaket Provincial Sports Association, confirmed that the main venue, Sisaket Provincial Stadium (Ko Klang Nam), has been fully upgraded, including the turf, lighting system, and facilities to meet international standards. He also emphasized fan convenience with transparent ticket sales both online and at the stadium, along with strict measures against scalping, ensuring equal access for all to enjoy the matches.

The event’s highlight was the semi-final draw for matches on 14 November 2026, with the following pairings announced:

Match 1: Oman vs. Tajikistan at 16:00. Match 2: Thailand vs. Brunei at 19:30.

The final and third-place matches will take place on 17 November 2026, with the winner advancing to the final at 19:30 and the third-place game at 16:00. All matches will be held at Sisaket Provincial Stadium (Ko Klang Nam) and broadcast live on Thairath TV Channel 32, www.thairath.co.th/tv/live, Facebook pages "Thairath TV" and "Thairath Sport - ไทยรัฐสปอร์ต," and YouTube channel "Thairath Sport."
