The Thailand U17 men's national football team is in Pot 3 for the AFC U17 Asian Cup 2026 draw scheduled on 12 February.
On 14 Jan 2026, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) will hold the draw ceremony for the AFC U17 Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2026 at the AFC headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 12 February 2026 at 14:00 Thailand time.
The tournament will take place in Saudi Arabia from 7 to 24 May 2026, featuring 16 national teams that have qualified for the final stage.
Pot allocations are calculated based on performance in the last three tournaments held in 2018, 2023, and 2025, resulting in the following pot distribution:
Pot 1: Saudi Arabia (host), South Korea, Japan, Uzbekistan.
Pot 2: Tajikistan, Australia, Yemen, Indonesia.
Pot 3: Thailand, China, Vietnam, India.
Pot 4: North Korea, UAE, Qatar, Myanmar.
In the group stage, the winners and runners-up from each of the four groups will advance to the knockout round. Broadcast links for the draw will be announced later.
