Decisive Asian Cup Clash! Thailand National Team Trains Intensively, Supachok Signals Revenge Against Turkmenistan on 31 Mar

Decisive Asian Cup clash! Thailand national team trains intensively as Supachok signals revenge against Turkmenistan on 31 March.

On 29 March 2026 at 17:00, at BGPU Training Center 3 in Pathum Thani province, the Thailand men's national football team continued training to prepare for the 2027 Asian Cup qualifying Group D matchday 6 against Turkmenistan on 31 March 2026.

During this training session, Anthony Hudson, head coach of the Thailand senior team, led intensive drills focusing on refining tactical details in both offense and defense, as well as team cohesion, lasting two hours.

Before training, Supachok Sarachat, midfielder for Thailand and Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo in Japan's J-League 2, said, “I am 100 percent fit with no issues. Honestly, our home is quite hot, and no matter how long you stay, you don’t get used to it because it remains hot. In Japan, where I lived, it was very cold, so returning to Thailand means adjusting to the quite variable weather, but I don’t think it affects me much.”

“I think we are more accustomed to the weather than Turkmenistan, which should give us an advantage. But it probably won’t have a huge impact. Everyone knows how important this match is for Thailand. We are all preparing both physically and mentally specifically for this game.”

“Right now, everyone is focusing on what the coach wants us to play against Turkmenistan because we know we have to win and score goals. We will concentrate mainly on this when playing Turkmenistan on that day.”

“Of course, we will not underestimate them because we must respect them, especially since they beat us in the first match. We are preparing both physically and mentally because this match is very important for Thailand. I believe everyone will focus fully and not be careless. I would like to ask all fans for their support and to come cheer loudly at the stadium.”
