"Attaphon" reveals two key factors for Thailand U23 national team’s victory over North Korea, aiming for the Four Nations Football Championship in China.

On 30 March 2026 at 14:00 Thailand time, at the training ground of Olympic Park in Xi'an, People's Republic of China, the Thailand U23 national team held their final training session to prepare for their third match in the CFA Team China International Youth Tournament Xi'an against the North Korea U23 national team.

This training focused on correcting mistakes from the previous two games and practicing tactics to face North Korea.

Thailand U23 has earned 4 points from a 2-2 draw with hosts China and a 1-0 win over Vietnam, leading the group. They have a chance to win the championship if they beat North Korea in the final match or if they draw and China does not beat Vietnam.

Before training, Attaphon Saengthong, Thailand U23's right-back, said, "I'm happy to be back in the national team. I felt very disappointed when I missed out last time. I am satisfied with my personal performance so far, but I must improve, especially in details like ball distribution and defense."
