Surpasses One Million! Revealing the prices of two One Piece cards in Thai national player Chanathip's hands causes a social media sensation (Clip)
On 9 Apr 2026 GMT+7, prices of One Piece cards—one of the hottest card games this year—were revealed, causing a buzz after Chanathip Songkrasin, captain of Thailand’s national football team, posted photos on his personal social media.
In the photos, Chanathip shows two rare world-class cards in his left hand as follows:
Priced at 985,000 baht / 30,000 US dollars
- This card comes from the OP05 Awakening of the New Era set, considered one of the most sought-after cards globally. The Japanese version is priced around 440,000 baht, but the English version Chanathip holds commands a higher price.
Priced at 895,000 baht / 27,500 US dollars
- Beckett Black Label (BGS 10) is the highest grade from Beckett, with perfect scores in all aspects. It is much rarer than PSA 10, leading to a higher market value. The card Chanathip holds is one of only 24 copies worldwide.
The combined price of both cards totals 1,880,000 baht, nearly 2 million baht.
However, regarding these two One Piece cards, the Thai national player clearly stated, "I’m not buying them, just keeping them like this." The clip was shared to promote Mewcario TCG, a card shop owned by a close junior, seeking collectors interested in adding them to their collections.
