Excitement builds as "Nevin" and "Sucheo" are proposed as commentators for the Thailand national team on Thairath (Video).

On 15 May 2026, the special program "Thairath Cheer Thailand" on Thairath Sport announced the roster for the Thailand national team’s June FIFA Day warm-up matches against Kuwait and China.

For the analysis of the Thailand national team roster under coach Anthony Hudson, captain Sucheo Nuchnum, a Thai national team legend and Buriram United player (currently playing for Phonkanjan FC), shared his views alongside Bubble Yingrak Raksuwan and Jay Worapat Arunpakdee, Thairath TV sports news anchors and football commentators.

Toward the end of the program, Jay Worapat posed a probing question about the desire for Nevin Chidchob, president of Buriram United and Sucheo Nuchnum’s former boss at the "Thunder Castle" team, to join as a commentator for the upcoming live broadcasts in June. Sucheo: "Well... sir, Thairath TV wants you to be a commentator for Thai football. If you’re available... don’t come (laughs). If you’re not available, then don’t come."

Jay Worapat: "If Nevin comes, would you and Sucheo team up as a pair?"

Sucheo: "I’m in. Have you asked him? (laughs)"

Jay Worapat: "I think he’s watching."

Sucheo: "Really watching?... Excuse me (hands in a wai)."
