On 27 June 2026, Suphanat Muentata, a Thai national team striker, posted on his personal social media his final thoughts about Buriram United, his original club in Thai League 1 that nurtured him since childhood, after moving on to grow with RB Omiya Ardija in Japan's J2 League.
Today, RB Omiya Ardija officially announced the signing of 23-year-old Thai national team forward Suphanat Muentata from "The Thunder Castle" Buriram United, with a contract extending until 2030.

"Thank you to Father Ne and Mother Tai for taking care of me and my family all along, and thank you to all Buriram fans for their continuous support. Thanks also to all my teammates, seniors, and juniors who have helped push me to become a better person. I am grateful to all the coaching staff who have been involved throughout my time with the team."
"I don’t know what lies ahead, but since this opportunity has come, I will make the most of it to the best of my ability."
"Buriram United and its fans will remain my fondest memories. Thank you truly."
